DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Information

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail the same day as the order is placed as long as we receive the order before 4pm. We ship Monday to Friday unless stated otherwise stated. A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation, allowing you to see where your item is at any given moment. ​

Standard UK Delivery​- Shipping cost is £1.99 and will arrive in 2-3 working days from point of dispatch. 

Returns Information

  • Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase

  • Items must be returned in an unworn condition with original tags still attached. If the items is found to be outside these strict terms the item will be returned to you.

  • When returning an item please complete the returns note you will have received in your original parcel

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 days of us receiving your return

  • Refund will appear back to the original payment details within 3-5 working days

  • Original dispatch postage or return postage will not be refunded

  • It is advised that you retain proof of postage for your return as Amore Boutique will not accept responsibility for lost return items and as such the refund will not be processed

 

Faulty Items

  • If an item you receive if found to be faulty you must make Amore Boutique aware within 14 days of delivery

  • Please provide images and a brief description of the fault/s to contact@amoreboutique.co.uk

  • Once approved our team will issue a return postage label for you to post the item back to us

  • Any items over 14 days have a maximum of 30 days to qualify for a refund/exchange

  • After the 30 day maximum period a faulty item will be covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where by you will be entitled to a repair or part refund once the item has been assessed by the team.
